Mole Rally — Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-07-17
These terms cover your use of Mole Rally, a live networking game where players fill a bingo-style board by meeting other attendees at an event. By joining a rally or hosting one, you agree to the terms below.
This describes the Mole Rally application specifically, written in plain language for players and event hosts. See also our
Privacy Policy.
Using Mole Rally
- You must be invited to a rally by a host, or join using a room code or link the host shares.
- The information you put on your Mole Card (name, role, company, email) should be accurate — other players use it to make real introductions.
- Only record a "meeting" with someone you've actually spoken with in person or otherwise genuinely connected with. Don't stamp squares for people you haven't met.
- Be respectful toward other players and hosts. Hosts may remove disruptive participants from a room.
Hosting a rally
- Hosts are approved by a Mole Rally owner and are responsible for the rooms they run, including the accuracy of broadcasts sent to guests.
- Demo tools and simulated ("bot") rooms are provided for rehearsal only and are only available to admins with demo access explicitly enabled by an owner — they are never available to anonymous players.
- Hosts can view player activity and session reports for rooms they run, in order to operate the event and follow up with attendees afterward.
Accounts
Players can join anonymously with just a name and email, or sign in with Google to recover a previous Mole Card. Hosts sign in with Google and require owner approval before they can create rooms. You're responsible for keeping access to your device or Google account secure.
Availability
Mole Rally is provided "as is," on a best-effort basis, for use at live events. We aim for the service to be available and responsive during your event, but as with any live software, we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we recommend hosts have a low-tech fallback plan for their event.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access rooms, cards, or accounts that aren't yours.
- Don't use the platform to collect data for purposes unrelated to the event you're attending or hosting.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service (for example, by automating fake joins outside of the sanctioned demo tools).
Changes
We may update these terms or the app itself as Mole Rally evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
